As all items are made to order, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but PLEASE contact me if you have any problems with your order. Any fault in manufacturing can usually be rectified.
Please be aware that orders with more than one product may not be delivered at the same time. Each product has a different production timescale and is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
